PERFORMEDANT WARNING SORE SOLUTION For patients in need of a solution containing 2 mg or more of salt, this product is a new addition to the pulmonary arterial hypertension treatment programme. This new salt-free solution contains 2 mg or more of salt, for the treatment of patients in need of a solution containing 2 mg or more of salt. This treatment is indicated in combination with chloroplast-based therapy to lower blood pressure in patients in need of a solution containing 2 mg or more of salt and/or for the treatment of patients in need of a solution containing 2 mg or more of salt. Efficacy and safety of this product have not been evaluated in clinical trials. To our knowledge, no product has been tested for this purpose in clinical studies. However, this product has not been tested in clinical trials for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). In the current study, we examined the efficacy and safety of EMLA-36 in the treatment of PAH in patients in need of a solution for their PAH. A total of 117 patients with PAH who were aged >40 years were included in this study. Their anti-inflammatory activity was evaluated using the C-reactive protein (CRP) and interleukin (IL) measured by the------------------------------------------------- (see Table 1).Patients were divided into two groups: Group A (control) was given EMLA-36 (2 mg or more) twice daily for 4 weeks. Group B (PAH patients) received EMLA-36 three times daily for 4 weeks. Their anti-inflammatory activity was evaluated using the C-reactive protein (CRP) and interleukin (IL) measured by the------------------------------------------------- (see Table 2).
The EMLA-36 salt-free solution was administered as a single daily dose (s.d.) to 115 patients in Group A (n=45) and as a three times daily dose (t.o.s.) to 43 patients in Group B (n=40). Their anti-inflammatory activity was evaluated using the C-reactive protein (CRP) and interleukin (IL) measured by the------------------------------------------------- (see Table 3).
The therapeutic effect was assessed by global endothelial function (C-reactive protein [CRP]) and the serum levels of IL-8 measured by the------------------------------------------------- (see Table 4).
Group A had a higher global endothelial function than Group B (p<0.001). Their anti-inflammatory activity was evaluated using the C-reactive protein (CRP) and interleukin (IL) measured by the------------------------------------------------- (see Table 5).
Group A and B showed similar effects on C-reactive protein (CRP).
Group A had a higher serum IL-8 level than Group B (p<0.001).

Do not use Tadalafil if you are taking nitrates (used to treat angina). Nitrates can cause a severe drop in blood pressure, which can cause dizziness, fainting, and heart attack or stroke. Your doctor will discuss with you the risks and benefits of taking Tadalafil while you are taking nitrates (for angina “nitrates”) or nitroglycerin (for angina “nitrates”).
Tadalafil is not indicated for use in women who are breastfeeding.
